About Me
My name is The Dough Queen. Well, I mean, not really. But since this is the world wide interweb, we will pretend. It’ll be fun. I’m a wife, daughter, sister and friend. I adore my family, and I love to laugh. I love my TiVo, the Green Bay Packers, the Cubbies, diet Mountain Dew, pedicures, scrapbooking, chick flicks, 80's rock, dogs, Harleys, golfing (ok, driving the cart) and reality tv.

I've been married to my best friend for 12 years and we have two very hairy, rambunctious yellow labs, Indy and Jo. Hubby and I own the U-Bake store in La Crosse, WI. I work pretty much 7 days a week but I love (almost) every second of it! It's really rewarding to make a difference in the lives of busy families!

In conclusion, I do not care for unicorns, ironing, self-righteousness, mushrooms or clowns. Never let your jello get warm and always remember its ok to eat M&M's off the floor.

One of our awesome new gals, Lisa has a product review for you!

Pasta Sheets? What can that possibly be? A pre cooked sheet of pasta (3 to a pack) that fits perfectly in a 9x13 pan and ready to use. No more trying to separate hot noodles only to have them rip. These sheets are great - easily able to spread the cottage cheese mixture on top without noodles sliding all over and the cottage cheese not staying where you put it. These pasta miracles get a top notch rating in my kitchen!
