A Breakfast Recipe that you'll love!
BAKED OATMEAL
2 eggs
½ C oil
1 t U-Bake Vanilla
1 C Milk
1 C Sugar
3 C U-Bake Slow Cooking Oatmeal
1 t U-Bake Salt
1 t U-Bake Baking Powder
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2) in a mixing bowl mix eggs, oil, vanilla, milk, and sugar.
3) Add in oatmeal, salt, and baking powder.
4) Pour the mixture in an 8x8 greased pan.
5) Bake for 30 minutes.
I usually eat a couple of servings straight out of the oven while it is still hot. Then
I cover the pan with foil and put the rest in the fridge to store. For breakfast the next few mornings, I scoop out a serving into a bowl, add a little milk, and reheat it in the microwave. I’ve been known to eat this in the car ;(
When I really feel like living on the edge…I like to top my oatmeal with golden raisins. I’m crazy like that.
