Let's Dish - Julie & Julia Movie Review
Hey ya'll (I sounded just like Paula Deen, right?)
My friend, Erin and I went to see Julie & Julia this past weekend. In a word...it was OUTSTANDING! The reviews have been pretty good but that just doesn't mean anything until I have my fake buttered popcorn in hand so I can see it myself! Nora Ephron did it up right, again - of course she wrote Sleepless in Seattle and You've Got Mail. Meryl Streep and Amy Adams were wonderful and easy to watch. The movie based on two life stories cuts back and forth to follow both Julie and Julia's lives. We laughed out loud alot (but not as loud as the man next to me...uff-duh!) and shed a couple tears. Definately a movie about following your inspiration and daring to dream!! I highly reccomend it.
