About Me
My name is The Dough Queen. Well, I mean, not really. But since this is the world wide interweb, we will pretend. It’ll be fun. I’m a wife, daughter, sister and friend. I adore my family, and I love to laugh. I love my TiVo, the Green Bay Packers, the Cubbies, diet Mountain Dew, pedicures, scrapbooking, chick flicks, 80's rock, dogs, Harleys, golfing (ok, driving the cart) and reality tv.

I've been married to my best friend for 12 years and we have two very hairy, rambunctious yellow labs, Indy and Jo. Hubby and I own the U-Bake store in La Crosse, WI. I work pretty much 7 days a week but I love (almost) every second of it! It's really rewarding to make a difference in the lives of busy families!

In conclusion, I do not care for unicorns, ironing, self-righteousness, mushrooms or clowns. Never let your jello get warm and always remember its ok to eat M&M's off the floor.

Weekend Road Trip

It's the weekend!!!! Well, almost. Feels like it right now, anyway. I've been busy getting thru a monstrosity of a pile of laundry. I have yet to understand how TWO people can create so much dirty stuff. I've got packing to do! Hubby and I and my Dad are heading up to North Oaks, MN - just north of the cities for a 75th birthday party for one of my favorite Uncles! Should be a great time - good food and good company. Have a great weekend everyone!
