Pan-Minton
Saturday after the Onalaska Sunfish Days parade we had a few people over for drinks and food. Hubby suggested we pick up a badminton set for the festivities. Thank you Shopko for having them on sale! Anyway, the best part of the day came when hubby went to dive for the "birdie", missed and landed on the racket. It was quite injured at this point. The racket. Not hubby. A half hour passed and our friend Randy was now in the game, he managed to finished off said racket. He tried to fix it with....yes, duck tape. Did it work? No. Randy ran in the kitchen grabbed our big teflon frying pan skillet and used that for his racket! The sound it made everytime he hit the birdie was nothing short of hilarious. We all laughed everytime he hit. "ping"! Randy's new nickname......skillet.
