Now THIS is a nice Meatball!
These meatballs will rock your socks! I swear.
1 pound ground beef
2 eggs
3 T U-Bake Parsley
3/4 tsp U-Bake Salt
1/2 tsp U-Bake Pepper
1/2 Cup Romano Cheese (preferably from The Cheese Corner cuz they rock the Cheese World.
2 cloves Garlic
3/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Red Wine
Mix all together and shape into balls. Cook meatballs in a small amount of Olive Oil from U-Bake, of course, in a large skillet over medium heat just until brown. Remove meatballs from pan, add U-Bake delicious Fancy Marinara and let simmer. Boil up some U-Bake Pasta of your choice and serve!
